Cooker enables cooking at low temperatures, slowly, to conserve and enhance the flavors of each ingredient.
Also can be cooked "Sous Vide" style meaning cooking under vacuum, at very low temperatures.
Designed in brushed stainless steel, it has a ceramic pot with capacity of 4 litres for 46 people.
The cooking of the ingredients is more homogeneous (due to the ceramics that collects and preserves heat for a longer time). The transparent glass lid allows you to control the cooking of food.
Your thermostat of four positions, allows for a range of cooking more slowly to a higher speed cooking, keeping the heat up to 8 hours.
Can also be programmed with timer: 0 to 24 digital timer
